HIRING: Remote Account Executives! Job Description The Account Executive is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for selling SaaS subscription products to prospective clients. This role owns the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and qualification to conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and transitioning new clients to the Onboarding Specialist. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to clearly articulate how our solutions address client pain points. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and revenue operations to develop strategic account plans, expand pipeline opportunities, and accelerate deal progression. Responsibilities Build and maintain a healthy, rolling pipeline of qualified opportunities using account-based strategies. Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels, engaging C-level executives and decision-makers across industries. Schedule and lead compelling platform demos that include contextual slides, pain point discussions, and tailored value propositions. Manage multiple prospects through various stages of the sales cycle and close deals with strategic actions and cross-functional collaboration. Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and use sales enablement tools and reporting features to track activity and improve effectiveness. Partner with marketing, sales operations, legal, and finance to support deal progression and ensure alignment across teams. Position our full suite of offerings strategically, demonstrating how they solve client challenges and differentiate us from competitors. Provide ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders on client needs, market trends, and process enhancements. Essential Skills 4 years or more of B2B sales experience. Experience with CRM software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. Proficiency in outbound sales and cold calling. Strong ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers. Experience in managing multiple prospects through various sales stages. Additional Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated ability to employ consultative selling techniques. Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, legal, and finance teams. Work Environment This is a fully remote position where you will work from home, utilizing your own computer equipment and WiFi. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an hour for lunch. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
