As a Remote Sales Manager, you will use your industry expertise to drive B2B sales of high-quality bathroom products across North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling sinks, vanities, countertops, or related materials, and will excel in developing relationships with distributors, retailers, designers, or builders. This is a full-time, Direct, remote position, with potential for long-term growth within an innovative and global flooring and fixtures company. Bonuses and Benefits are provided. Travel: 20% - 45% Passport required: up to 3 weeks training in China Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the bathroom fixtures market Build and manage relationships with key accounts, including distributors, kitchen & bath retailers, and project specifiers Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives Track sales metrics and deliver regular reports to senior leadership Attend virtual meetings, trade shows, and occasional in-person client visits Requirements: Must Have a Passport Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in bathroom fixtures, specifically sinks, countertops, or vanities Strong understanding of materials used in bath/kitchen (e.g., solid surface, quartz, ceramic, composite) Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite #PRI
