In this position, you will gain essential industry knowledge, skills, and resources to enhance your ability to build strong relationships. We believe in promoting from within based on performance. While the program typically lasts 18-24 months, you may have the chance to complete it in as little as 12 months. Your responsibilities will include operational and administrative tasks to support location and regional management. Check out the details below and apply if you feel excited about this opportunity! Key Responsibilities Manage sales processes for inbound calls and conduct outbound solicitations. Ensure accurate data maintenance within the company's marketing database. Generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales. Oversee adherence to vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards. Achieve Ryder's market share by effectively executing sales and marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies. Resolve customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain and grow relationships. Additional Tasks Participate as an On-Call Representative as needed, based on supervisor scheduling. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to a dynamic work environment. Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices. Quick learner with a sensible approach to problem-solving. Willingness to relocate within the region/US after completing the training program. Proficient in computer use at an intermediate level. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. Preferred: One or more years of customer service experience, especially in issue resolution. Intermediate computer proficiency is required. Compensation Information : The offered compensation may depend on various factors, including your experience and education, market data, and internal equity.
