Responsibilities

The Corporate Fleet Sales Administrator oordinates assigned activities for Sales Representatives of New or Used Vehicle Sales. Prepares sales administrative paperwork using CRM and SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receipt, processing and posting of customer payments utilizing various methods, to include, but not limited to, claiming wires or check remote capture.
  • Manages and administers all internal and external purchase orders.
  • Directs sales, archive sales packets, booking of truck sales, and report sales rep commissions.
  • Perform reconciliation of inventory schedules, and processing sales adjustments.
  • Performs MCO’s, titles for all sales, and dealer inventory transfers.
  • Reviews bank flooring statements, processes statements, and submits bank floor requests with floor plan provider.
  • Performs reconciliation of inventory schedules, and processing sales adjustments.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • A minimum of three months’ of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Abilities Required:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to provide assistance during various annual audits.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, with skills using Excel, Access, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills required.
