Job Overview Goode Paving & Sealcoating Inc. is seeking a motivated Residential Paving Sales & Project Manager to lead client development and oversee residential paving projects from proposal through completion. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong outside sales skills who thrives on building customer relationships and guiding projects to success. Asphalt paving knowledge is a plus, but not required — we value sales expertise, professionalism, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service above all.
You'll serve as the bridge between our clients and field operations, ensuring each project meets quality standards while driving profitable growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities- Drive residential paving sales by generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships.- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals.- Conduct site visits to evaluate projects, take measurements, and consult with clients on solutions.- Collaborate with the operations team to transition projects smoothly from sales to execution.- Maintain ongoing client communication throughout projects to ensure satisfaction.- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.- Support business growth by networking, attending community events, and seeking new sales opportunities.- Manage project documentation, including proposals, contracts, change orders, and closeouts.
Qualifications- 3+ years of sales or business development experience (construction industry experience preferred).- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications (training provided if needed).- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or estimating software experience is a plus.- Team-oriented mindset with the adaptability to grow in a fast-paced, small business environment.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.- Knowledge of asphalt paving or sitework construction helpful but not required.

Schedule- Full-Time, Monday - Friday- Hybrid work environment (office, field visits, and some remote work flexibility)
Work Location- Based in Forest Hill, MD, with field visits to residential job sites throughout the region.
