Job description:
About the Opportunity
We're growing - and we're looking for a people-person who's great at building trust, solving problems, and helping homeowners make smart decisions about their plumbing systems. If you're confident in your sales abilities, enjoy a challenge, and want to be rewarded for your results, this could be the perfect fit for you.
You don't need to be a licensed plumber, but some plumbing knowledge and strong sales experience are key. You'll be the face of the company in customers' homes, providing honest advice and recommending the right solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Visit customers' homes to assess plumbing issues or perform routine maintenance checks
Explain what's going on in simple terms and recommend the best solutions
Help homeowners understand their options and make the best decision for their home and budget
Create long-term relationships by providing honest, helpful, and friendly service
Work as part of a team to make sure we deliver on every promise we make
Handle both urgent service calls (like leaks or clogs) and scheduled visits (like inspections or water heater checks)
What You'll Get
(Choose commission, hourly pay, or both!)
Medical, dental, and vision insurance - we help cover the cost for you and your family
Paid time off & holidays - take the time you need to recharge
401(k) with company match - we help you plan for your future
Company vehicle - we pay for your gas and maintenance
Plenty of qualified leads - no cold calling or waiting around
Supportive team - from dispatch to leadership, we've got your back
What You Need to Succeed
At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience (even basic knowledge is fine)
At least 2 years of sales experience , especially in service or home improvement
Strong communication skills - you're great at listening and explaining things clearly
A helpful, honest approach - no high-pressure tactics here
A team-first attitude - we win together
Other Requirements
A valid California driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Why This Role Matters
You're not just fixing plumbing problems - you're helping families feel safe and comfortable in their homes. You'll be part of a company that values people, rewards performance, and believes in doing the right thing.
