What You’ll Do
- Partner with homeowners to diagnose existing issues with the exteriors of their homes and formulate permanent repair solutions.
- Generate and close sales revenue for exterior home improvement projects, including repairs.
- Partner with homeowners to transform their spaces with roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, insulation, acrylic baths, and kitchen cabinet refacing.
- Conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients while providing a seamless transition to the production team.
- Follow a structured and proven sales process designed for efficiency and success.
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive sales team to maximize performance.
What We Look For
- Self-starter with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills and minimal need for supervision.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to be persuasive while building trust.
- In-depth knowledge of exterior remodeling, including roofing, masonry, siding, gutters, and general construction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for helping people improve their homes.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role (home improvement, solar, home security, pest control, or hospitality industries preferred).
- Competitive drive and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to learn and commit to a proven sales process.
