Jupiter’s award-winning Blackbird Modern Asian currently has an opening for an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager. We are seeking a passionate and highly talented individual with leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire their teams daily. to maintain guest satisfaction while motivating and inspiring their team. The ideal manager candidate will have a “go above and beyond” attitude, thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining setting, and possess the ability to create engaging and personalized dining experiences that increase customer loyalty.

Responsibilities include the following:

Working closely with the general manager to ensure guest satisfaction

Scheduling FOH staff

Leading, coaching, and developing team members

Overseeing inventory (i.e., glassware, flatware, non-alcoholic beverages)

Collaborating with executive chef to ensure timely food prep and impeccable presentation

Fostering guest relationships to encourage repeat visits

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant/food service management

Working knowledge of computer software programs (Toast POS, MS Office, etc.)

Excellent communications skills

Accuracy in handling emergency situations and providing solutions

Familiar with industry’s best practices

Proficient in English

Can lift up to 30 lbs
