Maintain proficiency in operating all restaurant equipment. Supervision: You will oversee Shift Leaders and Team Members while also performing managerial functions. Requirements and Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred. Friendly, neat, and well-groomed appearance. Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff. Fundamental understanding of fast food operations, including production and deployment procedures. Ability to manage cash control and commit to Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality standards. Knowledge of sales forecasting, scheduling, cost control, inventory, and personnel management. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Good hearing and vision for operational effectiveness and safety. Honesty and integrity. Assertive and proactive attitude, while maintaining a professional demeanor. Strong attention to detail, capacity to work under pressure, and composure in challenging situations. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to minimize disruption during busy periods. Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop continuously during shifts. Good manual dexterity to perform tasks quickly and accurately during peak hours. Training and Environment: Expect 8 to 18 months of training to gain essential knowledge. This position requires ongoing interaction with customers and team members, and you will work under general supervision. Prepare to work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures and high noise levels. You may occasionally need to skip personal breaks during rush periods. Key Activities Include: Assisting with the management of all restaurant operations. Supporting the hiring, training, and evaluation of employee performance. Handling accounting responsibilities and preparing reports for the corporate office. Administering the ACT program efficiently. Quickly preparing high-quality customer orders according to specifications. Working collaboratively to ensure consistent customer satisfaction through excellence in service, quality, and cleanliness. Prioritizing workload to serve customers first, followed by maintaining the dining area and workspaces. Operating all kitchen equipment proficiently. Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly manner. Reporting any needed repairs to the Maintenance Department promptly.
