As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and developing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include: Recruiting and training staff to develop top talent. Managing daily operations to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food, and a clean environment. Overseeing P&L, food safety, and operational excellence. Communicating effectively with both field leadership and restaurant staff. Since our start with 30 Taco Bell units in 2012, we have expanded to over 240 units across multiple brands, including Taco Bell and Arby’s. What are you responsible for? Identifying and cultivating leaders within your team. Maintaining world-class operational standards. Driving high expectations around food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Demonstrating accountability for the restaurant's performance. Providing ongoing training, development, and feedback to team members. Are you qualified? You must be at least 18 years old. Education: High School Diploma required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the restaurant industry, with proven leadership ability across all shifts. You should be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Must acquire and maintain a valid Health Card according to state or local laws. Reliable transportation is required. Passing a criminal background check, including MVR, is essential. Ability to complete the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam. This position has an expected 50-hour work week and requires open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
