Restoration Sales Representative Job Summary

Initiate communication with individuals and organizations to arrange planned meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, ultimately resulting in referrals for customers requiring our restoration or cleaning services. Our goal is to secure commitments from these potential referral sources, starting with quotes, projects/jobs and ultimately standing contracts.

Additionally, we aim to foster strong connections with our existing customers and referral partners through regular phone and in-person interactions, ensuring their continued loyalty and support. By maintaining active engagement, we enhance customer retention and strengthen our network of reliable referral sources.

This role is full-time compensated employee sales position but willing to consider part time for the right candidate.  This position requires the employee to have existing connections and bring a book of business within Boca Raton and Delray Beach Florida (Palm Beach County). Ideal candidates have relationships or experience in working with commercial accounts, property managers, hotels, apartment general managers, resort managers, restaurants, retail stores, churches, etc.

The position is for an emerging company that will require strong sales skills to initiate new relationships. Setting up a referral program with plumbers, contractors, HVAC contractors, and electricians will be an important part of the initial responsibilities of the role. No industry experience is necessary, training will be provided.  These are commission-based roles – commission sales can easily reach $100,000 - $250,000 for the first year for someone who is highly motivated and increase significantly in future years as there is no limit to the commission potential!

Restoration Sales Representative Responsibilities

Identify potential new customers (commercial and residential) and referral sources.

Create and maintain sales route records.

Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.

Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services.

Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner.

Attend weekly sales meetings.

Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers.

Maintain customer contact database.

Make group presentations to prospective organizations.

Consistent, effective involvement in trade, community, and networking organizations, and participation in networking activities and events.

Restoration Sales Representative Qualifications

Education and Experience: Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field with a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience with relationship selling is preferred but not required.

Selling Skills: Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value. Knows customer markets, the issues, and the challenges they face, and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services.

Computer Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and computer software including enterprise systems - MS Office, Word, Excel as well as CRM systems like Salesforce and Workiz.

Must reside in Southeast Florida and able to work in Palm Beach county during work hours.
