Your responsibilities will include: Greet customers and proactively engage with them to understand their needs. Support merchandise presentation and uphold the company's high standards. Promote company programs, including our customer loyalty initiatives and credit card enrollment. Follow established safety and loss prevention policies. Maintain confidentiality of all company information. Foster an inclusive environment that welcomes all teammates and customers. Assist the team across various store departments as needed. You should also be able to: Stand, bend, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs repetitively. Work extended periods (up to 4 hours) while standing or walking. Operate at heights over 4 feet with appropriate equipment. Perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
