What You'll Do: Greet and welcome clients in a calm and friendly manner Answer phones and schedule massage appointments Explain and sell our monthly Wellness Program using our proven sales process Process scheduling and payments using Mindbody software Address client feedback and turn concerns into positive experiences Support team members to ensure each day runs smoothly Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio Required Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills Strong spoken communication and a professional demeanor Ability to follow a structured sales process and meet membership goals Available during weekends and evenings Nice-to-Have: Previous experience in retail or face-to-face sales (especially memberships or services) Customer service background in spa, salon, or hospitality Comfort using computers for scheduling and payment processing Note: This is an entry-level role-if you're friendly, dependable, and eager to learn, we'll train you! Pay & Perks: Hourly wage: $9-$12 (based on experience) Monthly bonuses tied to membership sales Complimentary 1-hour massage each month Opportunities for professional growth and development
