We are seeking a dynamic and driven Retail Sales Associate - Key Holder who is passionate about exceptional customer service and enjoys coaching team members to achieve their goals in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Ensure all guests feel welcomed by engaging with them, asking insightful questions to understand their needs and preferences. Act as a knowledgeable product expert, able to effectively promote and sell a variety of apparel including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Contribute to building a strong customer-focused sales team through continuous coaching and training on selling techniques, behaviors, and operational standards. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT? Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a college/university degree is a plus but not necessary. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills along with experience in resolving problems and complaints. Physical capability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. The expected pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $18.84 per hour, including a base pay ranging from $9.80 to $13.20, a commission based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates also qualify for quarterly bonuses based on store performance.
