ROLE OVERVIEW As a Retail Sales Associate - Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing a warm welcome to every guest, taking time to understand their individual needs and preferences. Exhibiting expertise in product knowledge to effectively market our diverse range of apparel, including private labels and name brands. Mentoring and training team members to enhance their selling skills and improve overall customer service. ARE YOU THE ONE? You may be the perfect fit if you meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not mandatory). Proven customer service skills and experience in resolving complaints effectively. Able to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. The expected pay for this position ranges from $17.50 to $20.24 per hour, composed of a base hourly wage and commission based on individual sales performance, along with eligibility for a quarterly store sales bonus.
