We are searching for a motivated and results-focused Retail Sales Associate - Leadership Role who possesses a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and mentoring team members to reach their goals in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming every guest and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Becoming a product knowledge expert, capable of selling and promoting a variety of apparel, including private labels and name brands. Helping to create an exceptional customer-centric sales team by providing continuous coaching and training in sales techniques, behaviors, and operational processes. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT? Key qualifications for this role include: High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree is a plus but not mandatory). Proven experience in delivering superior customer service and resolving complaints effectively. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs. With your experience, the anticipated pay range for this role is between $17.50 and $20.24 per hour, consisting of a base hourly wage of $10.30 to $14.00, along with a commission ranging from 1.5% to 6% based on your sales performance, plus additional compensation to maintain minimum wage if required.
