Over The Moon is looking for a part-time/full-time sales associate. Weekend and holiday availability required. This position is an in-person role at our retail store in downtown Charleston, SC. Key Responsibilities Provide the highest level of service and care to our loyal and growing customer base Drive and meet sales goals while catering to clients’ individual needs Assist with the maintenance and merchandising of the store so that it is clean, organized and visually enticing Process sales and returns through the POS systems with accuracy and efficiency Perform daily operations and closing procedures Participate in monthly and seasonal inventory counts Requirements Previous retail experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends Technological competency preferably with Shopify Located in commuting distance to our Charleston SC store Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Flexible schedule
