Collectibles Sales Associate
Essential Role Responsibilities:
- Work well independently within a small, close-knit team
- Contribute to an environment of customer satisfaction. Works to develop long term customer rep
- Be a self-starter and an effective communicator
- Develops and maintains a knowledge of merchandise
- Seeks to identify customer's needs and sells according to the customer's buying potential
- Maintains the appearance of the floor and display areas: ticketed; cleaned, and displayed
- Cash handling responsibilities
- MUST HAVE RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE
Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and results driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Commission sales experience preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Standing, bending, lifting, climbing stairs
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need,
which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
