Then you may have the ideal skills to be part of our team!Benefits: Sick time, holiday pay, commuter benefit, bonus, additional product incentive and generous employee discount.RESPONSIBILITIES*Sales & Client InteractionComfortable greeting guests, checking Customers into appointments, requesting client information for further outreachProvide excellent personalized customer service and engagement through building relationships with clientsExpert on product and brand knowledge, act as a Cuyana ambassadorAssist customers with purchases, returns, exchangesPull sizes and product from stock, assist with monogramming, bagging, and gift wrapping product Contribute to the daily personal and store sales targetsOperations & StockroomReceive and process stock transfersWork with management on how to organize, prioritize based on sales, and maximize stock room spaceMaintain, clean, and organize stockroom and store, merchandise with direction from manager and product teamAssist with showroom inventory organization and restocking, uphold all visual standards on the floor: tags, stuffing, steamingProcess phone orders and coordinate in-store pick up, and courier same day deliveries (if available)Give back as part of the Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, volunteer + community events)*Responsibilities may change based on business needsREQUIREMENTS6+ months customer facing sales driven experience; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience a plusEmbody Cuyana's Fewer Better ethosTeam player who thrives in fast paced environmentsProfessional attitude and customer service focusedDependable with all store responsibilitiesAdaptable, and willing to jump in and helpStrong organization, written and verbal communication skillsComfortable handling customer conversations and interactionsTechnology savvyFlexible work schedule - Weekend availability is requiredAble to bend, reach, lift, climb ladders, and move product; Able to carry 25 - 30 lbsAble to stand for extended periods at a time A CONNECTION TO OUR VALUESWe look for mission and values-aligned candidates who respect each other and foster an open and supportive environment.
