Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).

Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
