We seek a driven and results-focused Retail Sales Associate, Team Leader who is enthusiastic about customer service and mentoring fellow team members to excel in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring every guest feels welcomed by engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyles. Acting as a knowledgeable resource on our extensive range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Contributing to a high-performing, customer-centric sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in sales techniques, behaviors, and operational protocols. ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? To thrive in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is a plus but not required). Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in resolving problems and complaints effectively. The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. The anticipated pay range for this position is between $18.87 per hour and $20.24 per hour. This is based on a base hourly wage from $10.30 to $14.00, with commissions ranging from 1.5% to 6% based on personal sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary.
