A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory. You possess exceptional customer service skills and a knack for resolving issues. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. The expected pay range for this position is between $18.87 and $20.24 per hour. This includes a base hourly wage of $10.30 to $14.00, commissions of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary.
