DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate, Team Leader who is eager to foster enduring relationships with our guests by providing an unrivaled shopping experience. All team members are eligible for quarterly bonuses. WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? We are in search of a self-motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate, Team Leader who is enthusiastic about customer service and coaching fellow team members to reach their potential in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include: Creating a welcoming atmosphere for each guest by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Acting as a product knowledge expert, proficient in selling and marketing a diverse range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Contributing to the development of a customer-centric sales team by offering continuous coaching and training in sales tactics, behaviors, and operational protocols. ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE? The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is a plus but not required). Proven ability in exceptional customer service and adeptness in resolving complaints. Capacity to lift up to 10 lbs. and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Depending on experience, the expected salary range for this position is between $16.50 and $19.92 per hour. This includes a base hourly wage ranging from $10.20 to $13.80, commissions from 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage as needed.
