YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate, Team Leader who has a passion for customer service and excels at guiding team members to reach their targets in a dynamic setting. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming each guest and taking the time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Being a product knowledge authority capable of effectively marketing an extensive range of apparel, including private labels and name brands. Assisting in developing a high-performing customer-centric sales team through ongoing coaching and training on sales techniques, behaviors, and operational standards. ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE? Candidates should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus but not required. Exceptional customer service skills and experience in resolving customer issues. The capability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $10.30 to $14.00 per hour, complemented by a commission rate of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance. Associates may also qualify for quarterly bonuses based on overall store performance.
