We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES who have a passion for handbags and fashion accessories to join our team at our Honolulu location at Ala Moana Center. We're looking for the following skills and experience: At least 24 months of retail sales experience, preferably in women's clothing, fashion, or related industries. A friendly, pleasant approach to customer service with ability to multitask Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers Excellent listening skills with ability to assess customer needs and adjust sales style appropriately Ability to meet and exceed sales goals Available to work a flexible schedule Must be able to use computer on a daily basis We offer an exceptional package with the following:
