What You’ll Do Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions Drive sales goals by delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge Process sales, activations, and upgrades accurately and efficiently Maintain store standards, including merchandising and cleanliness Stay current on new wireless products, services, and promotions Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
What We’re Looking For Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and eager to learn about wireless technology Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
