As a Sales Associate, you will: Welcome Guests: Greet all guests with a warm smile, assisting them in locating or obtaining merchandise that meets their needs. Share Your Knowledge: Stay well-informed about current products and provide professional recommendations to enhance shopping experiences, including fit and fashion advice. Promote Our Brand: Highlight our brand initiatives and inform guests about ongoing marketing programs and upcoming events. Collaborate with Your Team: Actively participate in store meetings and work towards exceeding sales and service goals set by management. Requirements for All Applicants: 2+ years of guest service and sales experience. A proactive, results-oriented mindset. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to identify opportunities. A High School diploma or GED. Willingness to perform other business-related duties as needed. Physical Requirements: Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping, and kneeling regularly. Occasional climbing of ladders. Standing for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours).
