Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending suitable products and services, both in person and over the phone. Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Retrieve and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications as required. Ensure assigned areas are stocked and visually appealing. Remain knowledgeable about the products offered and available options. Adhere to inventory control protocols. Propose suggestions to improve sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the applicable country without requiring sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be able to lift and carry materials, frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 70 lbs. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
