Job Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone to assess their needs and match with appropriate products and services. Develop trustworthy relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Select products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Organize shelves and set up attractive displays. Ensure cleanliness and functionality of store equipment. Manage the loading and unloading process for delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries as required. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed about product offerings and facilitate discussions about available options. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring employment visa sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Familiarity with selling paint and related products is an advantage. Experience in using tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in more than one language is a plus. Spanish language proficiency is especially desirable.
