As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending tailored solutions. Ensuring customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will actively resolve any concerns that may arise. In addition to delivering a high standard of customer service, you will maintain knowledge of product features, uphold visual and quality standards in the store, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Establish productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately in line with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized and accurate work order files and formulas. Prepare and mix products as per customer specifications. Restock shelves and set up product displays. Ensure equipment cleanliness and assist in deliveries when needed. Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed on product offerings and options. Implement inventory control procedures. Propose ways to boost sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Authorized to work without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
