Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner in-person and via online communications - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with the clients
- Collect customer information to further along the sales process - Assist in customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Cold call potential customers to generate sales leads - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales preferred - Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls and clients simultaneously - Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
