We are a successful Wood Flooring company committed to evolve and excel in our industry. We currently have 5 retail locations, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, Coconut Creek and Stuart and we service from Miami through Martin Counties. We have plans to open a lot more locations - we are a 9 years' old company managed by an owner with over 23 years of flooring experience; so, a lot of opportunities for you to grow with us.

This position is to assist our Palm Beach Gardens showroom. Flooring/Sales Experience is essential as this location is still under the growth stage - where we are establishing relationships and building our brand and reputation in the area. Walk-ins is expected to increase as we go and the showroom is designed to attend builders, architects, designers, decorators, real estate agents, installers in addition to homeowners.

Store hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm & Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm

*Other responsibilities:* Sales Associate will be expected to cover for any of our stores anytime needed, will be expected to do Outside Sales, Commercial Bidding, Maintain a great relationship with manufacture and distributor reps, support all areas of the company, marketing related and customer acquisition duties (advertisement, networking, make relationship with local business, organize and attend cocktails and happy hours if needed) office administration and system processes (QFloors, QuickBooks, excel, word, outlook, etc), purchasing, warehouse duties, inventory management, take offs, customer service, promotions, problem resolution, special events, meeting sales, budget and operational goals and any related additional tasks needed.

*Requirements:* In order to be successful in this position, the person will have to work independently, have initiative, have good communication, interpersonal skills, demonstrate determination, have competitive drive, and an eagerness to learn all facets of our company. They must have a positive attitude and strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and sell. They must also possess the drive to make an immediate impact on a growing company.

Pay: $31,200.00 - $33,800.00 per year
