Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will assist and consult with customers on our products and services while delivering an exceptional sales and service experience. You will work under moderate supervision and will be accountable for your contributions and team impact.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $19.00/hour + Targeted Commission. Total Target Compensation: $26.69/hour.
Core Responsibilities:
Represent our products and services with enthusiasm, providing demonstrations to educate customers on their full capabilities.
Adopt a customer-first approach by listening to customers’ needs and offering suitable solutions.
Achieve individual sales and customer experience goals.
Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they understand how to utilize all company products.
Handle operational and administrative tasks effectively.
Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve any customer issues.
Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and teammates.
Follow company retail operational policies and procedures.
Complete required training and actively engage in team activities.
Understand the sales compensation plan and its essential elements.
Be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and potentially at different store locations.
Physically capable of lifting boxes up to 25 pounds and remaining active throughout the workday.
Perform other duties as assigned.
