As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving store success. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in choosing products, keeping the sales floor organized and inviting, processing sales transactions, and promoting exciting store offers and loyalty programs. We are looking for enthusiastic team players who are dedicated to helping customers and creating a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with warmth and offer assistance in locating products. Provide tailored and knowledgeable product recommendations. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Accurately process transactions using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments. Promote in-store promotions, special events, and the benefits of loyalty programs. Assist with stocking, restocking, and maintaining inventory organization. Support loss prevention by monitoring for unusual activity and reporting concerns. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and foster a positive store atmosphere. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused disposition. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and handle merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs. Must be available for part-time or full-time shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
