Responsibilities Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase, ensuring their needs are met with honesty and professionalism. Build lasting relationships by focusing on customer satisfaction and acting with integrity. Stay ahead of trends and leverage the latest technology to provide clients with informed recommendations tailored to their needs. Collaborate with teammates from diverse perspectives and job functions, combining unique talents in sales, installation, client care, and service to deliver exceptional results. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals by exceeding client expectations and a passion for closing the sale. Stay educated on the industry’s evolving selection of brands and products to best serve homeowners.
Expected Earnings Year 1: $60k-$80k Year 2: $80k-$100k Year 3: $100k+
Qualifications Passion for customer service and sales, with a commitment to doing the right thing every time. Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals. Technically savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and tools. Interest in home design and industry trends, with the willingness to learn a complex industry and develop advanced sales skills. Open to in-house and vendor-supplied training, which includes out-of-state travel, to gain the knowledge and expertise needed for success. 1-3 years of face-to-face customer experience preferred.
