Job Summary As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through our products and services, utilizing your knowledge, skills, and technology to deliver a world-class sales and service experience. You will work under moderate supervision while contributing to the team's overall success. Key Responsibilities Actively promote products and services by demonstrating knowledge and engaging customers in meaningful conversations about their needs. Prioritize a customer-first approach, attentively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets while enhancing the overall customer experience. Provide thorough onboarding for customers, ensuring they understand how to use and manage our products and services effectively. Perform essential operational and administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with customer care teams to promptly address and resolve customer issues. Exemplify professionalism and integrity with a friendly demeanor in all interactions. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent retail operational experience. Engage in continuous learning by participating in training and team meetings. Understand the sales compensation plan and key elements that drive your success. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance at your assigned store and possibly others. Lift and carry up to 25-pound boxes and remain active throughout your shift. Other duties as assigned to support team success.
