Position Overview As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will: Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally. Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service. Follow up with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Sell tile and related products to not just meet, but exceed customer expectations. Educate customers on product installation and usage. Monitor individual sales goals to drive personal and store success. Track store orders and keep customers informed on product availability. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Perform other tasks as assigned to contribute to store operations. Expected Compensation : $45K to $75K in your first year, with a draw plus commission structure. Candidate Qualifications Strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets. Exceptional interpersonal skills; a true people person. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Eager to learn and grow through independent and constructive feedback. Highly organized and detail-oriented, even under pressure.
