Weekly Hours: 40 Location: Honolulu, Hawaii Time Type: Regular Job Description: Responsibilities On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment to meet evolving tech needs and customer expectations. Leverage prior retail or customer-facing sales experience when applicable; if not, receive tools, training and coaching to meet and exceed goals. Qualifications Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. Bilingual ability (Spanish and English) is a plus and may impact starting pay. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic technology environment. Compensation Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $21.43 - $23.47 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn around $62,460 per year. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and training.
