Every team member has the chance to earn quarterly bonuses. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As a Retail Sales Key Holder, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every guest feels valued. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, engaging them to understand their unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Leveraging your product expertise to effectively sell and promote a range of apparel, including private labels and well-known brands. Building a high-performing, customer-focused sales team by providing continuous coaching and training on sales strategies and operational excellence. ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT? We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus but not required. Proven customer service skills with a knack for resolving issues and handling complaints effectively. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. comfortably. Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is $16.50 to $22.35 per hour, which includes a base hourly wage between $11.20 and $15.20, plus a commission of 1.5% to 6% depending on individual sales performance, along with additional compensation to meet minimum wage if needed.
