Additional perks & benefits for year round employees POSITION SUMMARY The Retail Sales Lead Associate will be responsible for leading, assisting the retail team, actively selling and merchandising product, seeing to the customer needs in the store, have product knowledge, and accurately process transactions. Seasonal full-time position. This position is compensated at $22.00/hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist the customer in finding the right product for their needs and desire
Be correctly groomed and uniformed for your designated location
Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a whole.
Assist in planning, supervising and monitoring all daily operations of the sore, including cash control, customer service, merchandising, and housekeeping.
Instill good safely practices in staff.
Lead by example.
With manager/Supervisor plan, coordinate & evaluate services, activities, exchange information and resolve customer problems.
Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training programs
Uphold Stratton’s company values, goals and objectives.
Strengthen & maintain a strong working relationship with the staff.
Continually exceed our guest expectations and create memories for guests & employees, not only in retail but also as a resort.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Previous retail experience required
Previous customer service experience required
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Capable of working & excelling in a challenging & competitive environment
Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
