Be a retail leader and drive sales in our premium chocolate stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of products and the upkeep of fixtures and equipment. Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data. Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and stockroom organization to maximize sales potential. Participate in store events and activities to build customer relationships and drive sales. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and management. Basic math and accounting skills, with ability to manage cash handling and inventory tasks. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
