Key Responsibilities: Enhance customer service and sales skills while delivering a top-tier customer experience: Assist customers in their shopping journey and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate the latest technology offerings in-store. Engage in collaborative selling to exceed customer expectations. Approach every service and sales interaction with professionalism and empathy. Master and utilize digital tools effectively during customer interactions: Showcase our unbeatable network coverage and fast LTE services. Communicate benefits of T-Mobile plans and services clearly and effectively. Complete training to enhance knowledge of systems and retail processes. Build strong partnerships with team members and other T-Mobile employees: Collaboratively manage customer experiences and resolve service issues. Identify and refer small business leads effectively. Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace spirit. Education: High School Diploma/GED (required) Work Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or retail sales experience preferred (required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong customer advocacy skills and a genuine passion for connecting with others (required) Competitive spirit with a track record of success in dynamic sales environments (required) Willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders while actively serving customers (required) Skilled at balancing customer satisfaction with meeting performance goals (required) Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. New Mobile Associates will undergo on-the-job training within the first 90 days and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon successful completion of training, Mobile Associates are promoted to the Mobile Expert role and qualify for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. Every employee at T-Mobile will earn a minimum of $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and all employees eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. We value your development!
