This position is a learning-related role, preparing you for growth into the Mobile Expert position. Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting loyalty. Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology. Promote personalized solutions, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Utilize digital tools during customer interactions to demonstrate our service advantages. Engage in ongoing training on T-Mobile products and processes. Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experiences. Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required). 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Enthusiastic about customer engagement and creating a fun, authentic connection. Proven success in a fast-paced sales environment. Willingness to collaborate with peers and learn from one another. Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: The hourly base pay for this position is $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After completing the training, Mobile Associates are eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee at T-Mobile qualifies for an Annual Stock Grant.
