As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic partner locations. Your main focus will be on engaging customers, building excitement about our products and services, and creating valued relationships. In this role, you'll: Engage actively with customers, utilizing digital tools to educate them about T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques. Assist customers with understanding and navigating our self-service tools, enhancing their experience with our app. Complete comprehensive training on our products, processes, and in-store operations. Build rapport with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Proactively seek new customers and follow up with referrals to drive sales. Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure customers are fully onboarded. To be successful, you should have: A high school diploma or GED. At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. A competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Other qualifiers include being at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. This role does not require travel, and it is not a DOT regulated or safety sensitive position. The hourly base pay is $21.00, plus $5.00 per hour during training. After 90 days, you will be eligible to promote to the Mobile Expert role and earn an annual incentive up to $18,000 based on your performance. All employees are guaranteed a wage of $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives.
