Engaging with customers is essential for success, as you will act as a brand ambassador, fostering excitement and energy around our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Proactively connect with various customers in our high-traffic retail spaces using digital tools and effective communication to highlight the value of T-Mobile solutions. Embrace technology by using digital self-service tools in customer engagements and onboarding processes. Identify customer needs using solution-based selling techniques and guide them on how to self-serve using the T-Mobile app. Complete comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with the T-Mobile retail experience, products, and best practices. Maintain familiarity with promotions and updates to be customer-ready at all times. Showcase your customer obsession by being friendly, engaging, and dedicated to providing exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations with every interaction. Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure seamless customer onboarding and create a supportive community for problem-solving and account servicing. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Required) Skills and Abilities: Passionate customer advocate with the ability to balance outstanding customer experience with performance goals (Required) Team-oriented mindset, eager to learn and share best practices among peers and store leaders (Required) Driven and confident in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States Compensation and Benefits: Starting hourly base pay is $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days, Mobile Associates can expect to promote to the Mobile Expert role with an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, varying based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Additionally, every T-Mobile employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
