Job Overview As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will play an essential role in representing the T-Mobile brand within partner locations. Your primary responsibility will be engaging customers in a dynamic retail environment. You will embody the excitement of T-Mobile products and services, making connections that inspire customer loyalty. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere where technology and customer needs are constantly evolving. Responsibilities: Actively engage with a diverse range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate and educate customers, demonstrating the full value of T-Mobile’s offerings. Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to enhance customer experience. Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on promotions and product offerings to remain Customer Ready. Collaborate with nearby store teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support. Maintain a customer-obsessed approach, building rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales and foster relationships. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED (required) 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferably in a retail environment (required) Skills and Abilities: Passionate about customer satisfaction and committed to creating exceptional experiences. Team-oriented, willing to collaborate with peers and store leaders. Competitive spirit with the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, plus $5.00 per hour for training. Within your first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to promote to the Mobile Expert role, where you can earn an annualized incentive target of $18,000.
