Key Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Partner: Foster a culture of exceptional service and selling, building lasting customer relationships. Gain expertise in our product categories and clearly communicate the features and benefits to customers. Achieve measurable sales goals including units per transaction (UPT), average dollar per transaction (ADT), and customer information capture rates. Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements. Maintain high company merchandising standards and assist with store displays, sales setups, and general housekeeping. Support merchandise processing and manage floor stock replenishment. Complete sales transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability at POS registers. Seek professional development and actively work to improve sales metrics in partnership with the store leadership team. Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws as well as Company policies and procedures. Perform any other duties assigned by management while demonstrating professionalism in work quality, attendance, and appearance.
