Your Role: As a Retail Sales Professional, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience through various tasks, including: Processing all customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits accurately while securing cash and other negotiable documents. Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and address their inquiries. Helping replenish merchandise, maintain store layout, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the store, including floor stock and fitting room areas. Staying informed about product knowledge, POS instructions, merchandise promotions, and advertisements. Physical Requirements: Should be able to stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
