As a Torrid Retail Sales Representative, you will create genuine connections with our customers, making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. What You'll Do: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that builds positive customer relationships and loyalty. Assist in register operations while leveraging your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales. Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Maintain visual standards throughout the sales floor. Organize the stockroom and ensure a clean, inviting store environment that encourages shopping. What You'll Need: Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on providing an outstanding customer experience. Fashion awareness and a keen interest in current trends. Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Ability to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts. Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, moving store fixtures, and handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or other retrieving tools.
