What You'll Do: Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty. Handle transactions while utilizing your product knowledge to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for holidays, nights, and weekends. Monitor the sales floor to ensure visual standards are met. Help organize the stockroom and maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere that inspires customers to shop. What You'll Need: Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while focusing on creating exceptional customer experiences. A keen sense of current fashion trends. Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Must be able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts. Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or other tools.
